A unique piece of art by the artist Xenis Sachinis. The evolution of his visual work, starting from his initial experience as a painter and engraver. In his earlier works there are figurative and abstract elements, gestural interventions, technical and color experimentation, while his painting and engraving go hand in hand.
He creates transparent constructions, uses mirrors that multiply the image, and artificial light that “imprints” the image, while soon incorporating digital media into his work. His work is dominated by a poetic atmosphere, often combined with sharp social commentary.
